Hike, bike, ride...

The Minervois is ideal for hiking and cycling*. The Canal du Midi is 3 km away and vineyard trails surround us. A bit tougher, take your bicycle up to Minerve to discover the ancient Cathar village or try a hike to Lastours in the Black Mountains.

*We have several bicycles available to rent: €10/day .... €5/half day

Canoe, surf, climb...

Adventures are just a heartbeat away. Go canoeing on the river Aude, motorbike through winding mountain roads and medieval villages, explore the Cabrespine caves, or just spend the day windsurfing at the nearby Jouarres lake.

Roam, explore, experience...

Explore centuries old dolmens & megalithiques, experience the bird sanctuary in Peryiac-de-Mer's old salt flats, or roam steep valleys and forests to enjoy the various landscapes of vegetation & climate in the haut-Minervois.

Indulge, play, picnic...

Sunbathe on the nearby Mediterranean beaches, go fishing in the river Aude or the Orb, enjoy a game of golf in carcassonne, or picnic near the gorges of the Argent Double.
