If you are heading further afield in your travels, you will find the region of the Languedoc-Roussillon, which include Pyrénées-Orientales, Aude, Herault, and Gard, the Pays d'Oc - an old culture still existing in the hearts of many from the region - and you can often overhear them speaking the ancient language of the Oc or Occitane.

The region will take you from the borders of Spain, the Pyrénées (both the French and Spanish sides are magnificent), through the municipality of Andorra (where you can purchase many products tax-free), along the seaside of Perpignan and the historical villages of Porte Leucate and the well-known artists' village of Collioure, through Castelnaudry with its famous duck cassoulet, passing through both Carcassonne and Narbonne (and in the middle you will find La Dolce Vita B&B in Azille!), on through the Cevennes mountains where you can take a tour in an old train, through Montpellier and on up to the Rhône river, border of the regions of Provence.

In this large, rich region, you will find wineries by the dozens with thier own private tasting rooms, festivals & events, natural caves & gorges, wildlife parks & gardens, and adventures galore.  It has so much to offer that we will do whatever we can to help you set up the travel plans of your dreams, contacting agencies and lodgings along the way to make your vacation perfect!
